Another week and another quality release for the Spaniard with the golden remix touch. In his new release, David Penn feels the heat with his new outing on Club Sweat.

‘Heat’ has all the hallmarks of a David Penn record. Chuggy beats, a familiar rhythm, a great vocal hook and a vibe that drags your feet to the dance floor.

The main piano rhythm has the air of Happy Clappers ‘I believe’ while the Missy Elliot vocal bounces around, giving you the severe will to head-bop, jiggle and throw mad shapes.

Starting off his international career consistently releasing gem after musical gem, Penn collaborated with Chus of Chus & Ceballos and many, many others in the electronic music scene.

His House Masters compilation of Defected records solidified his status in the House music hall of fame and he’s a constant booking on the white isle of Ibiza.

He’s a DJ’s DJ. simple.

With releases on pretty much every great label in the House music sphere, David Penn will no doubt top this latest release with another piece of pure fire. Or should that be Heat?

This is good. Really good.
